Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are UPS Ground. You may contact us if you have a specific shipping requirement and we will do whatever we can to accommodate that request.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Also Note: USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

All orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Back Orders In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Order Status and Returns Email us Monday to Thursday from 9-5 Eastern; Friday 9-4 Eastern at rejavanate@renovos.com.

Payment Options We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard On-line orders can be paid by credit card only. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

Our Packaging is 'Shamelessly Reused'. Please do not be surprised if you receive your order in a box that looks as though it maybe something else. We place the following sticker on all our boxes.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, just return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. If you received the wrong product or an item is defective, we will refund the original shipping cost and pay to have it returned to us.
Prior to returning your product(s), please contact us by email at customerservice@renovos.com.

To speed up the return process, please include the following information in your email message:
- Your name
- Your Order #
- List of item(s) you are returning and/or exchanging
- Return Reason (wrong item, wrong color/size, wrong quantity, product damaged, manufacturer defect, quality problem, etc.)
- A daytime phone number

We will respond to your email within 24 hours and provided you with return shipping information.
